What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Norway, it will be processed by Norwegian Customs and delivered via Posten Norge or Bring. Norwegian Customs applies VAT on imports above NOK 350.
For an order of ~$75 USD (~NOK kr750):
- Estimated Tax (VAT 25%): NOK kr187.50
- Customs Duties: NOK kr0
What Happens Next
You’ll receive a payment notice before delivery. To speed things up, you may prepay VAT via SMS if your carrier offers this option.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
