What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Malaysia, it will be processed by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Shipments over MYR 500 are subject to tax.
For an order of ~$75 USD (~MYR 350):
- Estimated Duties: MYR 0 – below threshold
- SST (Sales and Services Tax): Exempt if under MYR 500
What Happens Next
No tax is collected on delivery unless the declared value is over MYR 500. If taxes apply, they’ll be collected by Aramex or Hongkong Post at the time of delivery. To avoid delays, ensure your name and address match a valid ID.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
