At Catalyst, we stand behind the design and quality of our products. We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and simple 30-day return and exchange process for all items purchased directly from catalystcase.com.

Our goal is to make this process as transparent and efficient as possible. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.

How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange

1️⃣  Submit Your Request & find your Order number & Email:

Begin by logging into your account.

You will need to find your order number and the email address used at checkout:

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  • Submit a return request in the account.

2️⃣ Submit photos for verification:

Complete the form below.

  • You can find your order number and email address in your account in Step 1.
  • Attach your photos (PDF, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, HEIC, or GIF format).

Photo Tips

  • Take 1 photo of the product outside of its packaging, showing ALL included accessories, e.g. manuals, wipes, lanyards. You can place it on a table and take one clear shot. This is important because all parts need to be returned.
  • Pack the product and all parts inside the original packaging & take a photo of the front.
  • Take a photo of the back of the packaging with the product and all parts inside.

3️⃣ Wait for an email with your RMA number:

Once your request is approved in 1-2 business days, you will receive an email containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This RMA number is essential for processing your return.

4️⃣ Ship Your Return & mark the RMA number on the package:

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship the package using a carrier of your choice and retain the tracking number for your records.

  • Ship the package using your preferred carrier & keep the tracking number
  • Email us the tracking number with the subject line: “RMA Number: Return Tracking" or input it in the form below.

Exchange: Exchange your product for another item of equal value.
Store credit: Receive a store credit for the full value of your item to use on a future purchase.
Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
