Photo Tips

Take 1 photo of the product outside of its packaging, showing ALL included accessories, e.g. manuals, wipes, lanyards. You can place it on a table and take one clear shot. This is important because all parts need to be returned.
Pack the product and all parts inside the original packaging & take a photo of the front.

3️⃣ Wait for an email with your RMA number:

Once your request is approved in 1-2 business days, you will receive an email containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This RMA number is essential for processing your return.

4️⃣ Ship Your Return & mark the RMA number on the package:

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship the package using a carrier of your choice and retain the tracking number for your records.
