We ship from multiple fulfillment locations to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Depending on item availability and your location, your order may ship from:

We always do our best to ship everything from one location to keep things simple and save you shipping costs. However, if items in your order are stocked in different warehouses or locations, they may ship separately—and shipping fees could still apply, even if your subtotal meets the free shipping threshold. This depends on stock availability and where your items are located at the time of purchase.

We fulfill international orders from Canada, UK, and Hong Kong depending on stock levels and your location.

 🇨🇦 Canada and 🇬🇧 UK orders: We prioritize shipping from Canada and UK warehouse respectively to avoid duties. If an item is out of stock or you’ve ordered multiple products, items may ship from Hong Kong, which may incur customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

🇪🇺 Europe Orders: Please order through our EU partner at sbsupply.eu/catalyst for faster shipping from within the EU.

We're like shipping ninjas over here! Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). In a rush? Choose priority shipping before the cut-off time for same-day processing!

We use Hong Kong Post e-Express when available and Air Registered Mail otherwise for orders up to 2kg.
