How to Start Your Return or Exchange
1️⃣ Log in to Your Customer Account
If you haven’t created one yet, no worries—sign up using the email you used at checkout.
2️⃣ Go to “My Orders” & Submit Your Return Request
You’ll be able to request a return or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Just follow the steps in the portal—no forms, no hassle!
3️⃣ Wait for Approval and Return Instructions
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your RMA number and the next steps to proceed.
4️⃣ Submit Photos for Condition Verification (Required)
Before shipping your item, you’ll need to send us clear photos showing:

The product from the front, back, top, and bottom

The original packaging
This is a required step to ensure the item is eligible for return. We’ll review the images and confirm when you’re cleared to ship the item.
5️⃣ Ship It Back
After you receive confirmation:

Pack your item securely

Clearly write your RMA number on the box

Hand the package to your preferred carrier
- Email us the tracking number with the subject line: “RMA Number: Return Tracking”

Please ensure you've sent us the required product images and received approval before shipping your return. Returns sent without this step won’t be accepted.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from our website.
- Products must be in new condition, with original packaging and all accessories.
- A 5% restocking fee applies. Items missing parts or showing significant use may be subject to additional fees or be ineligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Not Accepted for Third-Party Purchases
Our return and exchange process only applies to purchases made directly through our official online store.
If you purchased your Catalyst product from another retailer or one of our authorized resellers (such as Amazon, Best Buy, or other third-party platforms), please contact them directly for return or exchange requests, as they may have their own return policies.
