What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Australia, it will be processed by the Australian Border Force (ABF).
Based on Australian law, GST must be paid directly to the delivery carrier (usually Australia Post) before you can receive your package.
For an order of ~$75 USD:
- Estimated Tax: approx. $11 AUD
- Custom Duties: $0 (order is below the $1,000 AUD duty-free threshold)
What Happens Next
Your delivery carrier will notify you with instructions on how to pay the GST — usually through a secure online payment link sent via email or SMS.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
