What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Taiwan, it will be processed by Taiwan Customs and delivered via Chunghwa Post.
For an order of ~$75 USD (~TWD NT$2,400):
- Estimated Tax (5% VAT): approx. NT$120
- Customs Duties (7.5%): approx. NT$180
What Happens Next
You may be required to prepay or pay upon delivery. Taiwan may require recipients to register in the EZWAY app to complete customs clearance.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
