What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Thailand, it will be processed by Thai Customs and delivered by local couriers such as Thailand Post or Aramex.
For an order of ~$75 USD (~THB ฿2,750):
- Import Duty: ~10% depending on item classification
- VAT: 7% of the CIF (Cost + Insurance + Freight) value
- Estimated Total Tax: ~THB ฿350–฿450
What Happens Next
Duties and VAT will be collected upon delivery — typically in cash. The courier may contact the recipient in advance if prepayment is required.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
