What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Paraguay, it will be processed by the Dirección Nacional de Aduanas and delivered via Correo Paraguayo.
Paraguay applies VAT and import duties on most shipments.
For an order of ~$75 USD (~PYG ₲560,000):
- Estimated Tax (VAT 10%): PYG ₲56,000
- Customs Duties (10%): PYG ₲56,000
- Total Due on Delivery: PYG ₲112,000
What Happens Next
You’ll receive a customs notice or phone call before final delivery. Payment is typically made at your local postal branch or via bank deposit, depending on the courier.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
