What to Expect:

To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Peru, it will be processed by SUNAT (Peruvian Customs) and delivered via Serpost or DHL eCommerce.

 Peruvian Customs requires VAT and duties on most imports.

For an order of ~$75 USD (~PEN S/.275):

  • Estimated Tax (VAT 18%): S/.49.50
  • Custom Duties (~6%): S/.16.50
  • Total Payable on Delivery: S/.66 (~$18 USD)

What Happens Next

You’ll receive a payment notice before delivery. In some cases, you may be asked to prepay or pick up your package at a local post office.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
  2. Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
  3. Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
