What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in New Zealand, it will be processed by the New Zealand Customs Service and delivered via NZ Post or Aramex. The New Zealand Customs Service applies GST on imports valued over NZD $60.
For an order of ~$75 USD (~NZD $125):
- Estimated Duties: NZD $0 (most consumer electronics/accessories are duty-free)
- GST (15%): approx. NZD $18.75
What Happens Next
GST is collected by NZ Post or Aramex at delivery. A small processing fee may also apply. You may receive a pre-delivery notification with a secure payment link to complete the GST payment.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
