What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Mauritius, it will be processed by the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) and delivered via Mauritius Post or EMS.
For an order of ~$75 USD (₨3,500):
- Estimated Import Duty (15%): ₨525
- Estimated VAT (15%): ₨525
- Total Payable on Delivery: ₨1,050 (~$24 USD)
What Happens Next
Orders valued over ₨3,000 may be subject to inspection delays. You’ll receive a notice from Mauritius Post or the MRA when your order is ready for delivery or tax settlement.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
