What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. When your package arrives in Japan, it will be processed by Japan Customs. Imports valued over ¥10,000 (~$65 USD) are subject to taxes.
For an order of ~$75 USD (≈¥11,700):
- Duties: ¥0 (for typical product categories – HS 3926/5609; usually duty-exempt)
- Consumption Tax: 10% = approx. ¥1,170
What Happens Next
Japan Post will collect the consumption tax upon delivery. A small COD processing fee may also be added during tax collection.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
