What to Expect
To give you the best value, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center. Please be aware that Indian Customs applies significant import taxes to most items.
You’ll be required to pay Basic Customs Duty and ISGT directly to the delivery carrier (e.g., India Post) before your package is released. These government fees are non-refundable.
For an order of ~$75 USD:
- Estimated Tax: approx. ₹1,500–₹1,800 INR (can be 25–35% or more of the order value)
- Customs Duties: Included in the total above
What Happens Next
The delivery carrier will collect these charges upon delivery—often in cash. Refusing to pay will result in your package being abandoned and destroyed by customs and we won't be able to issue a refund.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
