What to Expect
We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) via Israel Post or Aramex. When your package reaches Israel, it’s reviewed by the Israel Tax Authority. While customs duties are waived for imports under $75 USD, VAT is still charged on most goods.
For an order of ~$75 USD (₪275):
- Estimated Tax: ₪46.75 (17% VAT)
- Customs Duties: ₪0 (duty-exempt under $75 USD)
What Happens Next
You’ll receive a payment notice from the courier once the package clears customs. VAT must be paid before final delivery.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from us with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package

What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, try the following:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify your shipping address in the Order Confirmation email.
- Wait 1-2 business days — sometimes carriers mark packages early.
