For all other regions, please place your order on this website. Orders in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Northern Ireland will be shipped domestically from third-party fulfillment centers in those regions.
Orders for other countries placed on this International (ROW) site will be shipped internationally from our distribution center in Hong Kong, which offers fulfillment services to 195 countries.
Revise your order
Once a parcel has been handed over to our shipping service, we are unable to recall, detain, or divert it. It is important to understand that we cannot make any changes to your order, add or remove items, or modify your address once you have received the order confirmation email from cs@catalystcase.com.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us at cs@catalystcase.com as soon as possible.
- Please include "Order Cancellation and Order #" in the subject line of your email.
- Once our support team has confirmed the cancellation of your order, you can place a new order with the updated information.

CA - 10-20 business days plus 2 business days processing.
UK - 10-20 business days plus 2 business days processing.
ROW - 10-20 business days and up to 30 days if it is within rural areas plus 2 business days processing.
If you have entered a APO, FPO or DPO address for delivery by courier, the delivery time may vary and standard shipping may take 21 business days or longer.
Expedited Shipping -
CA - 2-4 business days plus 2 business days processing.
UK - 2-4 business days plus 2 business days processing.
ROW - 2-7 business days plus 2 business days processing.
Priority Shipping -
UK - 1-2 business days plus 2 business days processing.
ROW - 1-2 business days plus 2 business days processing.
Shipping times may vary as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
For expedited or priority shipping, timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier.
If you entered a PO box for Expedited or Priority delivery by courier, your order cannot be processed as the courier must have a physical address. Please place a new order with a physical address and send us an email to cancel this order.

**Shipping Address: We can only process orders using English-based characters. If the shipping address entered is in Russian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic characters, we will be unable to process the order. In such instance, our Customer Service team will contact you to process these changes and once we receive your instructions, the order will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, our third-party fulfillment center will process it within 1-3 business days as the standard processing time. Please note that orders placed on holidays such as New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day will not be processed until the following business day. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment from our third-party fulfillment center.
Pre-orders
Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after ALL items are available. For immediate shipping, order currently available products separately from pre-orders.
Shipping Insurance
Standard Shipping does not ensure a specific delivery time. As much as we'd like to control the post office, we really can't. We can't provide refunds, reimbursements, or replacements for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged when this shipping method is selected. Once your shipment leaves our facility, you are responsible for it. While our products are able to withstand extreme weather conditions, shipping companies may not be able to do so. Please be aware that we cannot control shipping times in cases of Force Majeur.
Shipping through the standard shipping option does not include any insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of damage caused to the parcel during the transport.
Shipping Address Change
If you wish to ship to a different address other than the address stored in your PayPal account or your credit card billing address, please update your address in your PayPal account first by logging in to your PayPal account. (Click Profile near the top of the page. Click Update beside Address. Click Edit. Enter your address information and click Save.) Then, you may try placing your order.

3. Click "Update beside Address".
4. Click "Edit".
5. Enter your address information and click "Save".
Shipping Declaration
Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue sending products to some countries.
Customs, duties & taxes
Depending upon the country you ship to, you may be charged for additional imports duties, taxes or other customs related charges and if so, the import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be applied during checkout of the order.
Returned shipments
If for any reason you fail to pick-up your parcel on time, it may be returned back to us and you will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order to another or the same delivery address at a later time. You will also be responsible for any return fees. Your shipping address much be correct. We take no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, such as where there is no such person at the address, the person has moved or you have provided the incorrect location address.
